the Lord Thy God has chosen thee to a special people unto himself, above all people that are on the face of the earth."

"He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.

31 "And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD."
Ezekiel 34:31 (King James Version)
6 - Cf. Num. XIX, 14: This is the law, when a man dieth in a tent; all that come into the tent, and all that is in the tent, shall be unclean seven days.
HOUSTON STEWART CHAMBERLAIN, world famed author of Foundations of the Nineteenth Century, Vol. I, page 337:
"The revelation of Christ has no significance for the Jew! ... I have searched through a whole library of Jewish books in the expectation of finding - naturally not belief in the Divinity of Christ, nor the idea of redemption, but the purely human feeling for the greatness of suffering Savior - but in vain.
A Jew who feels that, is, in fact, no longer a Jew, but a denier of Judiasm. And while we find, even in Mohammed's Koran, at least a vague conception of the importance of Christ and profound reverence for His personality, a cultured leading Jew of the nineteenth century (Graetz) calls Christ "the new birth with the death mask," which inflicted new and painful wounds upon the Jewish people; he cannot see anything else in Him.
In view of the Cross he assures us that "the Jews do not require this convulsive emotion for their spiritual improvement," and adds, "particularly not among the middle classes of inhabitants of the cities."
His comprehension goes further. In a book, republished in 1880, by a Spanish Jew (Mose de Leon) Jesus Christ is called a "dead dog" that lies "buried in a dunghill."
Besides, the Jews have taken care to issue in the latter part of the nineteens century several editions (naturally in Hebrew) of the so-called "censured passages" from the Talmud, those passages usually omitted in which Christ is exposed to our scorn and hatred as a "fool," "sorcerer," "profane person," "idolater," "dog," "bastard," "child of lust," etc.: so, too, His sublime Mother."
"Pharisaism became Talmudism... But the spirit of the Ancient Pharisee survives unaltered. When the Jew... studies the Talmud, he is actually repeating the arguments used in the Palestinian academies.
"From Palestine to Babylonia; from Babylonia to North Africa, Italy, Spain, France and Germany; from these to Poland, Russia and eastern Europe generally, ancient Pharisaism has wandered... "
(The Pharisees, by Louis Finkelstein, Foreword, Vol. 1).
"The Lord spake unto me, saying... This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee". In token of this, the fate of two nations is at once shown.
"The King of Sihon and the King of Bashan "came out against us, he and all his people", whereon they were "utterly destroyed, the men, and the women, and the little ones", only the cattle being spared and "the spoil" being taken "for a prey unto ourselves".
(The insistence on utter destruction is a recurrent and significant feature of these illustrative anecdotes).
"The Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth ...
"The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself ...
"And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee...
"thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail;
and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath ...";
"Seven nations greater and mightier than thou" are to be delivered into the Judahites' hands, and: "Thou shalt utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them... ye shall destroy their alters ... for thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God; the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are on the face of the earth ...
"Thou shalt be blessed above all people ... And thou shalt consume all the people which the Lord thy God shall deliver thee; thine eye shall have no pity upon them... the Lord thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and hide themselves from thee, be destroyed. ...
"And the Lord thy God will put out these nations before thee by little and little... But the Lord thy God shall deliver them unto thee, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction until they be destroyed. And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven; there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them..."
The incitements and allurements of Deuteronomy continue:
"... Go in to possess nations greater and mightier than thyself. ... the Lord thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face; so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the Lord hath said unto thee...
"For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you ... then will the Lord drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves ... even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be. There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the Lord your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon ..."
Then Moses, in this account, enumerates the "statutes and judgments" which must be "observed" if all these rewards are to be gained, and again "the Law" is to destroy:
"These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do ... Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods... When the Lord thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land:
"Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them... and that thou inquire not after their gods."
2. For Yahweh is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.
3. Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up; and the mountains will melt in their blood.
7. And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
10. It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
11. But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.
12. They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing.
4. And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.
5. Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.
Isaiah 17
1. The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
2. The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
3. The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts.
10. Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly afraid for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall. 11. For thus saith the Lord GOD; The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon thee. 12. By the swords of the mighty will I cause thy multitude to fall, the terrible of the nations, all of them: and they shall spoil the pomp of Egypt, and all the multitude thereof shall be destroyed.
12. As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. 13. And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.
16. For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.
17. They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.
18. For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.
24. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
12. Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men.
17. And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
18. And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
5. And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6. But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
7. For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
27. Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
28. And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.
29. Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.
30. And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.
31. For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.
2. for all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the lord: but to this man will i look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
20. and they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the lord out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain jerusalem, saith the lord, as the children of israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the lord.
21. and i will also take of them for priests and for levites, saith the lord.
37. They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons;
38. they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with blood.
39. Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the harlot in their doings.
(Ps. 106:37-39)
You slaughtered my (Yahweh's) children and offered them to fire.
20. And you took your sons and your daughters, whom you had borne to me, and these you sacrificed to them to be devoured. Were your harlotries so small a matter
21. that you slaughtered my children and delivered them up as an offering by fire to them?
(Ezek. 16:20-21)
They offered their sons and daughters to Molech without approval from Yahweh.
35. They built the high places of Baal in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to offer up their sons and daughters to Molech, though I did not command them, nor did it enter into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
(Jer. 32:35)
The sons of Judah burnt their sons and daughters, without approval from Yahweh.
30. "For the sons of Judah have done evil in my sight, says the LORD; they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to defile it. 31And they have built the high place of Topheth, which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire; which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind.
(Jer. 7:30-31)
He tells us that from the time when the people of Israel were in the wilderness, to his day they sacrificed their sons by fire.
30. Wherefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD: Will you defile yourselves after the manner of your fathers and go astray after their detestable things?
31. When you offer your gifts and sacrifice your sons by fire, you defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. And shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, says the Lord GOD, I will not be inquired of by you.
(Ezek. 20:30-31)
God purposively gave bad laws which discouraged life and made them offer gifts of their first born by fire. All this was to horrify them and show them he is the Lord. We can presume that God gave these bad laws to Moses too.
25. Moreover I gave them statutes that were not good and ordinances by which they could not have life;
26. and I defiled them through their very gifts in making them offer by fire all their first-born, that I might horrify them; I did it that they might know that I am the LORD.
(Ezek. 20:25-26)
Ezekiel was a prophet during and after the Babylonian Exile, 586 BCE.
As God's spokesman, Ezekiel complained about the people of Judah burning their children to death.

21. that you slaughtered my children and delivered them up as an offering by fire to them?

(Jer. 7:30-31)
35. They built the high places of Baal in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to offer up their sons and daughters to Molech, though I did not command them, nor did it enter into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
(Jer. 32:35)
King Josiah's reign began approximately 50 years before the exile and lasted 31 years. Yet at this late stage, he still had to devote effort to stopping the people of Judah from sacrificing their children to Molech.
10. He defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of Benhinnom, so that no one would make a son or a daughter pass through fire as an offering to Molech.
(2 Kgs. 23:10)
King Ahaz's grandson, Manasseh, reigned for 55 years, the longest in Judah's history. He is said to have burned his son as an offering. We can safely assume that the practice was widespread among the people of Judah during his reign.
1. Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Hephzibah.
6. And he burned his son as an offering, and practiced soothsaying and augury, and dealt with mediums and with wizards. He did much evil in the sight of the LORD, provoking him to anger.

3. but he walked in the way of the kings of Israel. He even burned his son as an offering, according to the abominable practices of the nations whom the LORD drove out before the people of Israel.
(2 Kgs. 16:2-3)
Ahaz burned his son as an offering according to the abominable practices of hostile nations.
2. Ahaz was twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. And he did not do what was right in the eyes of the LORD his God, as his father David had done,

As judgment, Yahweh will make fathers eat their sons and sons shall eat their fathers.
9. And because of all your abominations I will do with you what I have never yet done, and the like of which I will never do again.
10. Therefore fathers shall eat their sons in the midst of you, and sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments on you, and any of you who survive I will scatter to all the winds.
(Ezek. 5:9-10)
Speaking through Jeremiah, Yahweh threatened to make the Israelites eat the flesh of their sons and daughters. They were to eat their warring neighbors too
9. And I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and their daughters, and every one shall eat the flesh of his neighbor in the siege and in the distress, with which their enemies and those who seek their life afflict them.
(Jer. 19:9)
A woman complained to the king about being tricked by another woman to share in eating their sons. After they boiled the first son and ate him, the second woman refused to give up hers.
26. Now as the king of Israel was passing by upon the wall, a woman cried out to him, saying, "Help, my lord, O king!"
27. And he said, "If the LORD will not help you, whence shall I help you? From the threshing floor, or from the wine press?"
28. And the king asked her, "What is your trouble?" She answered, "This woman said to me, 'Give your son, that we may eat him today, and we will eat my son tomorrow.'
29. So we boiled my son, and ate him. And on the next day I said to her, 'Give your son, that we may eat him'; but she has hidden her son."

Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Sanhedrin, 59a
Every Goy (non-Jew) who studies the Talmud and every Jew who helps him in it ought to die. - Aboda Zora 8-6, Szagiga 13.
It is forbidden to disclose the secrets of the law. (the Talmud) - dektut Chadasz, 171, 3.
"To communicate anything to a goy about our religious relations would be equal to the killing of all Jews for if the Goyim knew what we teach about them, they would kill us openly." - Libbre David 37.
"If a Jew be called upon to explain any part of the rabbinic books (the Talmud), he ought to give only a false explanation. Who ever will violate this order shall be put to death." Libbre David 37.
"The teachings of the Talmud stand above all other laws. They are more important than the laws of Moses." - Rabbi Israel, Rabbi Chamboyet, et, al.
"It is more wicked to question the words of the rabbis than those of the Torah." - Michna Sanhedryn 11:3.
"The Jews are human beings, but the nations of the world are not human beings hut beasts." - Baba Mecia 114b.
"On the house of the goy, one looks as on a fold of cattle." - Tosefta, Erubin VII, 1.
"Jehovah (God created the non-Jew in human form so that the jew would not have to be served by beasts. The non-Jew is consequently an animal in human form, and condemned to serve the Jew day and night."
- Midrasch Talpioth, p. 225-L.
These three quotes give you readers who are non-Jews (Goy) what the Talmudic Jews think of you two-legged animals. Are you Goyim (Goyim is more than one non-Jew) ready for more about how the Talmudic Jews view you - the two-legged animals?
"If a goy kills a goy or a Jew, he is responsible; but if a Jew kills a goy he is not responsible." - Tosefta, Aboda Zara 8, 5.
"A Jew may rob a goy- that is, he may cheat him on a bill if unlikely to be perceived (discovered) by him." - Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 348.
"A goy is forbidden to steal, rob, or take women slaves, etc., from a goy or a Jew. But a Jew is not forbidden to do all this to a goy." - Tosefta, Abda Zara VIII, 5.
"A Jew may violate but not marry a non-Jewish girl." - Gad. Shas. 2:2.
"A Jew may do to a non-Jewess what he can do. He may treat her as he treats a piece of meat." - Nadarine, 20, 8; Schulehan Aruch, Chosen Hamiszpat 348.
"The Bible says: 'Thou shalt not cheat thy next brother,' but the non-Jews are not our brethren, but as mentioned above, worse than dogs." - Aruch Choszen Hamiszpat 227.
"A Jew, by the fact that he belongs to the chosen people and is circumcised, possesses so great a dignity that no one, not even an angel, can share equality with him. In fact, he is considered almost the equal of God."
(Pranaitis, LB., The Talmud Unmasked, Imperial Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg, Russia, 1892, p. 60).
"The Talmud must not be regarded as an ordinary work, composed of twelve volumes; it posies absolutely no similarity to any other literary production, but forms, without any figure of speech, a world of its own, which must be judged by its peculiar laws.
The Talmud contains much that is frivolous of which it treats with great gravity and seriousness; it further reflects the various superstitious practices and views of its Persian (Babylonian) birthplace which presume the efficacy of demonical medicines, or magic, incantations, miraculous cures, and interpretations of dreams.
It also contains isolated instances of uncharitable judgments and decrees against the members of other nations and religions, and finally it favors an incorrect exposition of the scriptures, accepting, as it does, tasteless misrepresentations.
The Babylonian Talmud is especially distinguished from the Jerusalem or Palestine Talmud by the flights of thought, the penetration of mind, the flashes of genius, which rise and vanish again. It was for this reason that the Babylonian rather than the Jerusalem Talmud became the fundamental possession of the Jewish Race, its life breath, its very soul, nature and mankind, powers and events, were for the Jewish nation insignificant, non-essential, a mere phantom; the only true reality was the Talmud."
(Professor H. Graetz, History of the Jews).

How similar this sentiment appears to the Deuteronomic assertion that:
"the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are on the face of the Earth...
Thou shalt be blessed above all people... And thou shalt consume all the people which the Lord thy God shall deliver thee; thine eyes shall have no pity upon them...

From Jewish "scriptures":
"An Israelite woman should not suckle a child of a heathen, because she rears a child for idolatry; nor should a heathen woman [be allowed to] suckle a child of an Israelite woman, because she is liable to murder it."
"... But the Sages say: A heathen may suckle a child of an Israelite woman, so long as there are others standing by her, but not if she is on her own. R. Meir, however, says: Not even while others are standing by her, for she may take the opportunity of rubbing in poison on her breast beforehand and so kill the child.
"... in the case of idolaters and shepherds of small cattle one is not obliged to bring them up [from a pit] though one must not cast them in it - that for payment one is obliged to bring them up on account of ill feeling. Abaye, however, said to him: He could offer such excuses as, 'I have to run to my boy who is standing on the roof', or, 'I have to keep an appointment at the court.'"

The Golden Rule of the Talmud is "milk the goyim, but do not get caught."
From Jewish "scriptures":
When a Jew has a gentile in his clutches, another Jew may go to the same gentile, lend him money and in his turn deceive him, so that the gentile shall be ruined.

We Jews shall always remain strangers among the Goyim [Gentiles]...
It is a fact the Jewish religion is above all Jewish nationalism...
Each and every Jew, whether or not he wishes it or not, is automatically, by virtue of his birth, bound in solidarity with his entire nation... One must be a Jew first and human being second.
-- Exodus (1960). dir. Otto Preminger United Artists.
We are told in Scripture that David was a man after God's own heart, yet he said:
"Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O'God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men. For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain. Do not I hate them, O'Lord, that hate thee? I hate them with PERFECT HATRED: I count them MINE ENEMIES. Search me, O'God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way of everlasting."
Psalm 139:19-24

"A heathen who studies the Torah deserves death"
The Christians belong to the denying ones of the Torah (Talmud).
-- (Talmud, Coschen Hamischpat 425, Hagah 425, 5)
From Jewish "scriptures":
Every Jew, who spills the blood of the godless (non-Jew), is doing the same as making a sacrifice to God.
-- (Bammidber Raba, c 21 & Jalkut 772)
Despite the thunderings and prohibitions of the Bible, sodomy in general, and specifically with little children, dead bodies, neighbors' wives and one's own wife is permitted by the Talmud.
The argument for this last is in Nedarim 20b of the Talmud (page 58 of Soncino translation): "Our Sages said ... a man may do whatever he pleases with his wife at intercourse: Meat which comes from the abbatoir [stockyards] may be eaten salted, roasted, cooked or seethed; so with fish from the fishmonger. ... A woman came before Rab and complained [of her husband's sodomy with her], "Rabi replied: 'Wherein does it differ from fish?"
All of this is made Jewish religious doctrine with full Luciferian knowledge of the Bible's laws against it.
"Thou shalt not lie with mankind" and the Biblical verse, Leviticus 18:22, is actually cited in the same Talmud section where sodomy with boys under nine or baby girls under three is permitted. (See Exhibit 54) The full text of this verse states: "Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is abomination."
Small wonder that Christ denounced the Pharisees as nullifying the word of God and violating every concept of human decency.

As noted elsewhere, regarding murder of the non-Jew, it is good and meritorious, providing you do not get caught and thus get the Talmudic religion exposed for what it is.
However, permissible murder in Judaism embraces more than just killing Gentiles. Murder by suffocation is permissible. Here shyster hairsplitting is inserted in the Talmud, it being permissible to seal up a neighbor in an airtight "alabaster chamber," providing one does not put in a lighted candle to help eat up the oxygen, but merely allowing the victim to expire by breathing the oxygen up himself unaided, this is acceptable. (See Exhibit 86 from Sanhedrin 77a-77b of the Talmud)
Under Talmudic "law" other forms of murder are also permissible:

It is granted in the Talmud that the Bible forbids taking a man's life - but that merely means taking his life all by yourself. In other words, you must not take the whole of his life all alone, which permits you, nevertheless, to help nine other men to take a life.
Thus, it is stated in the Talmud: "If ten men smote a man with ten staves whether simultaneously or successively, and he died, they are exempt." Answering the Rabbi who suggests that killing whatever is left of a man's life might be wrong, we are also told: "If ten men assailed him successively, he was already nearly dead when the last smote him: therefore the last, too, is exempt." Elaborate pains were taken, rather recently, by Rabbis to deny that "mercy" killings are permitted in Judaism - because they are. The public discussion was on whether or not a hopelessly sick person should be put out of his misery. The Rabbis denied that would be proper, necessarily know ng that the Talmud states otherwise. The Talmud, Sanhedrin 77b-78a, contains these rabbinical edicts:
"Both agree that if he killed a Terefah [explained in a footnote as 'a person suffering from some fatal organic disease, recovery from which is impossible'] - he is exempt." And: "If one kills a Terefah, he is exempt; whilst if a Terefah committed murder: if in the presence of a Beth Din [i.e. a Talmudic law court] he is liable; otherwise he is exempt." Although Moses commanded that if a woman have intercourse with a beast, both should be killed ( Leviticus 20:16), and that a priest must not marry a harlot or woman who is profane ( Lev. 21:7), the Talmud teaches that "unnatural intercourse does not cause a woman to be forbidden to marry a High Priest," since then "you will find no woman eligible ... ." (See Exhibit 157, from the Talmud book of Yebamoth, Folios 59a-59b)
Rulings of the "sages" follow: "A woman who had intercourse with a beast is eligible to marry a priest - even a High Priest." Unless specifically warned in advance and the act seen by two witnesses, she is acceptable also. If she had intercourse with a dog while sweeping the floor, she is likewise reckoned to be pure, and suitable. For, "The result of such intercourse being regarded as a mere wound, and the opinion that does not regard an accidentally injured hymen as a disqualification does not regard such as intercourse either." (See Exhibit 158)
This alone gives a fair idea of the systematic deformation of Scripture by the Pharisees and the truthfulness of Christ's denunciations about their making God's commandments of none effect by their Tradition. ( Matthew 15:6)

THE REPROBATE MIND
Chapter V
Pederasty with a child below nine years of age is not deemed as pederasty with a child above that. Samuel said: Pederasty with a child below three years is not treated as with a child above that. [24]
What is the basis of their dispute? - Rab maintains that only he who is able to engage in sexual intercourse, may, as the passive subject of pederasty throw guilt [upon the active offender]; whilst he who is unable to engage in sexual intercourse cannot be a passive subject of pederasty [in that respect]. [25] But Samuel maintains: Scripture writes, [And thou shalt not lie with mankind] as with the lyings of a woman. [26]
It has been taught in accordance with Rab: Pederasty at the age of nine years and a day;
[24] I.e., Rab makes nine years the minimum; but if one committed sodomy with a child of lesser age, no guilt is incurred. Samuel makes three the minimum.
[25] At nine years a male attains sexual matureness.
[26] Lev. XVIII, 22. Thus the point of comparison is the sexual matureness of woman, which is reached at the age of three.
Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Sanhedrin Folio 54a
https://antimatrix.org/Convert/Books/Talmud/sanhedrin/sanhedrin_54.html#E54
Baby boys may always be used as subjects for sodomy by grown men, according to the Talmud. (See Exhibit 54) The Pharisaic subterfuge here is that until a child reaches sexual maturity, capable of sexual intercourse, he or she does not rank as a person, hence Biblical laws against sodomy (pederasty) do not apply. Throughout the Talmud "nine years and one day" is the fictitious age of male maturity.
Likewise, under "nine years and one day," the "first stage of intercourse" of a boy with the mother, or any grown woman, is harmless, Talmudically. Shammai, to seem more "strict," lowers the age to eight years in some cases. (See Exhibit 82 from Sanhedrin 69b of the Talmud)
A long harangue about the amount of the Kethubah (payment if divorced) a woman gets if her virginity was removed by a young boy, fills Kethuboth I lb of the Talmud. [page 23] (See Exhibit 136 and Exhibit 137) And here, the foul mother may be reckoned "pure," depending on the age of the child. Such degrading use of children was typical of paganism throughout the ancient world.
"When a grown up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing, for when the girl is less than this - that is, less than three years old - it is as if one puts the finger into the eye - tears come to the eye again and again, so does virginity come back to the little girl under three years." (See Exhibit 136, Kethuboth 11b of the Talmud)
This is the standard doctrine of the whole Talmud on baby girls. Sodomy and intercourse with babies is the prerogative of the adult Talmudic man, in contrast to Christ's beautiful teachings concerning little children.
The following is also typical concerning the fictitious age of sexual maturity of baby girls set by the Pharisee "sages:" "A maiden aged three years and one day may be acquired in marriage by coition ..." See Exhibit 55 (Sanhedrin 55b), Exhibit 81 (Sanhedrin 69a-69b), Exhibit 156 (Yebamoth 57b), and Exhibit 159 (Yebamoth 60b); also Niddah 44b.
Baby girls of three can invoke sadistic punishments on those who have intercourse with them when they are "Niddahs" (menstruating), a physical impossibility, of course. (Talmud, Sanhedrin 55b - Exhibit 55; Sanhedrin 69a - Exhibit 81)
And, at three, a baby girl is always rated as "one who is fit for cohabitation - that is one who has attained the age of three years and one day." (Talmud, Yebamoth 60b, Exhibit 159) But, in the case of a baby girl who is not Jewish-born, or a so-called "proselyte," she may be "married" thus by a grown priest: "A proselyte who is under the age of three years and one day is permitted to marry a priest;" although "one who is fit for cohabitation," as stated on the same page, is "one who has attained the age of three years and one day." (See Exhibit 159)
This Talmud Yebamoth passage continues with the ruling in the case of a baby under three married to a grown man priest, and declared eligible to continue as his wife. (See Exhibit 160) The baby girl was a "proselyte," of course, so age did not matter. But "under eleven years and one day" a little girl "carries on her marital intercourse in the usual manner." (See Exhibit 152, Yebamoth 12b of the Talmud)
Adultery is permitted with the wife of a minor, and wife of a non-Jew. (See Exhibit 53) The pretense is that a minor not being a "man" yet, and the non-Jew having non-human status, Talmudically, the Biblical law does not apply.
Thus, once again do the Pharisees make the commandments of God of "none effect" as Christ said. ( Matthew 15:6, Mark 7:13)

Moses ordered the priests that: "They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane ... for he is holy unto his God." ( Leviticus 21:7) The laws against incest are most vehement: "The nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother ... ( Leviticus 18:7) And in the Talmud the Pharisee "sages" reverse these Biblical injunctions:
"If a woman sported lewdly with her young son, a minor and he committed the first stage of cohabitation with her - Beth Shammai say, he thereby renders her unfit to the Priesthood." Here a footnote explains that she could not marry a priest, if this made her profane and the above Leviticus 21:7 is cited precisely. (See Exhibit 82)
We then learn that the dispute concerns only the age of the son, not the lewdness of the foul mother: "All agree that the connection of a boy aged nine years and one day is a real connection whilst that of one less than eight years is not [ Footnote: "So that if he was nine years and a day or more, Beth Hillel agree that she is invalidated from the priesthood, whilst if he was less than eight, Beth Shamnmai agree that she is not."] Here silliness reigns supreme, and one understands why Christ called the Pharisees "fools and blind:" "Beth Shammai maintaining, we must base our ruling on the earlier generations" [Footnote states: "When a boy of that age could cause conception."] "but Hillel holds that we do not."
The supposition that boys became fathers at eight is the silly excuse for the Shammai school to argue that the boy must be under eight to leave the mother pure. The standard throughout the Jewish Talmud is that a little boy becomes a person, "sexually mature," at nine years and one day, - another asininity. The whole argument strains at the "gnat" of age and "swallows the camel" of incest between mother and son. ( Matthew 23:24)

The Bible tells us that after the destruction of Sodom with all of its inhabitants, except Lot and his two daughters who took refuge in a cave: "The firstborn said unto the younger, our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us ... . Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve the seed of our father. And they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose." The next night the same events took place for the younger: "Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father." ( Genesis 19:31-8) The abominating tribes of Moabiteg and Ammonites were the products of these two sons, at first spared, then demolished by the fourth king of Judah, Jehosaphat. ( 11 Chron. 20)
But the Talmudic "Sages" take anything but a critical view of this incest:
"A man should always be as alert as possible to perform a precept, for as a reward for anticipating the younger by one night, the elder daughter of Lot was privileged to appear in the genealogical record of the royal household of Israel four generations earlier." (See Exhibit 166, Nazir 23b-24a of the Talmud)

Chapter V
The Jewish press in 1954 reported attempts to alter state laws so as to legalize marriages between uncle and niece, which is common in rabbinical circles. The Bible prohibits marriages between uncles and aunts, and with nieces and nephews, as incest. ( Lev. 18:13,14).
Under "Talmudic Eugenics" in Baron's A Social and Religious History of the Jews (Jewish Publication Society, 1952), is this on incest: "In Egypt the Ptolemaic rulers themselves, for the most part, married their own sisters. In Parthia-Persia, marriages between parents and children were valid, and those among brothers and sisters were quite customary. [page 24] The Parsee religion ... encouraged such marriages as the fittest means of preserving family purity [cf. 'Yasna' 12, 9] ... . Artaxerxes 11 had married his two daughters, and ... Mithraidates I had married his mother. Ardea Viraz is said to have married his seven sisters." (page 229, Volume 11) This was not harmful, we are told!
"On one point, particularly, Roman law differed from Jewish: marriages between an uncle and a niece. We recall that both Rabbi Eliezer and Abba married nieces, as did Rabbi Jose the Galilean ... Rabbi Ishmael made a special effort to overrule his vow [not to marry his own niece] and to make the niece more attractive to him by improving her teeth ... ." (page 230, same)
Moses commanded in God's name, that a woman should not marry her uncle, or a man his aunt. ( Lev. 18:14) Nevertheless, today these "People of the Book" are striving to modify American state laws against such marriages, and have actually been successful in some states, on the ground that their "religion" requires such latitude.

"None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the Lord," says the Book ( Lev. 18:6). Scripture references are also cited which denounce a married woman who lies "carnally" with a man not her husband. But say the sages: "That in connection with a married woman excludes intercourse with a relaxed membrum since no fertilization can possibly result. This is a satisfactory interpretation in accordance with the view of him who maintains that if one cohabited with forbidden relatives with relaxed membrum he is exonerated." And other Talmud sources are cited. "The exclusion is rather that of intercourse with a dead woman [Footnote 15] even though she died as a married woman." Thus one is "exonerated" for, or permitted, intercourse with dead relatives or with relatives, married or single, "with a relaxed membrum," because "no fertilization can possibly result." (Talmud, Yebamoth 55b, See Exhibit 163)
Intercourse with dead bodies was an old pagan practice. The above is echoed with some variation in "the chief repository of the criminal law of the Talmud," the book of Sanhedrin. (See Exhibit 89)
There the act of sodomy with one suffering with an incurable disease, hence regarded as already dead, or a "terefah," is held to be merely "as one who abuses a dead person, and hence exempt." The explanation, which continues on the next page (not reproduced) is: "Punishment is generally imposed because of the forbidden pleasure derived - [footnote] Whereas there is no sexual gratification in abusing the dead."
How apt it was when Christ called the Talmudic Pharisees "whited sepulchres ... full of all uncleanness." ( Matt. 23) Yet some of His followers call these abominators of every decency "God's Chosen People" and "People of the Book"!

Another major Jewish publication, The Jewish Chronicle, in an article called "Some Carefully and Carelessly Chosen Words," reveals that the Jewish word for Gentile woman is the offensive Yiddish word shiksa - meaning "whore," from the Hebrew root, sheigetz ("abomination").
It also pointed out that a little Gentile girl is called shikselke, meaning "little female abomination."

On Mon, 23 Dec 1996, Elazar wrote: "For my Jewish brethren searching for a Biblical basis for sanctioning homosexuality, I provide you with words from Rabbis Marc Angel, Hillel Goldberg and Pinchas Stopler in their joint article published in the Winter, 1992-93 edition of Jewish Action Magazine;" Well, here's another viewpoint: Bible Review, December 1993, p. 11 DOES THE BIBLE PROHIBIT HOMOSEXUALITY? by Rabbi Jacob Milgrom:
"The Biblical prohibition is addressed only to Israel. It is incorrect to apply it on a universal scale.
This past Yom Kippur, September 25, 1993, my synagogue invited me to explain the afternoon scriptural reading, the list of forbidden sexual liaisons in Leviticus 18. 1 chose to focus on what is today one of the most frequently quoted passages in the entire Bible,
"Do not lie with a male as one lies with a woman, it is an abomination" (Leviticus 18:22).
What I said may be both good news and bad news to my Christian friends, depending on their position on gay and lesbian rights. This Biblical prohibition is addressed only to the Jews. Non-Jews are affected only if they reside in the Holy Land, but not elsewhere (see the closing exhortation in Leviticus 18, verses 24-30). Thus, it is incorrect to apply this prohibition on a universal scale.
But I spoke to my fellow Jews, who are required to observe this prohibition. What is the rationale for this prohibition? In a previous column, I noted that the Bible's impurity rules are part of a symbol system representing the forces of life and death. Israel is required to avoid these impurities and adhere to the laws commanded by God, who promotes the forces of life.
Thus in the same chapter we read, "You shall heed my statutes and my rules, by doing them one shall live" (Leviticus 18:5).
A man who discharges semen, whether intentionally or otherwise, is declared impure and must purify himself by bathing (a sort of re-baptism) before he is permitted to enter the Temple or touch sacred (sacrificial) food (Leviticus 15:16-18). Why? Because semen stands for life, and the loss of semen symbolizes the loss of life.
Note also that in the entire list of forbidden sexual unions, THERE IS NO PROHIBITION AGAINST LESBIANISM. Can it be that lesbianism did not exist in ancient times or that Scripture was unaware of its existence? Lesbians existed and flourished, as attested in an old (pre-Israelite)
Babylonian text and in the work of the lesbian poet Sappho (born c. 612 B.C.E., during the time of the First Temple), who came from the island of Lesbos (hence lesbianism). But there is a fundamental difference between the homosexual acts of men and women. IN LESBIANISM THERE IS NO SPILLING OF SEED. Thus life is not symbolically lost, and therefore lesbianism is not prohibited in the Bible.
My argument ostensibly can be countered by a more comprehensive biblical injunction. The very first commandment, given to Adam and repeated to Noah, is "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth" (Genesis 1:28 and Genesis 9:1,7).
The descendants of Noah-the entire human race-are duty-bound to fulfill this commandment. But the truth is that we have not only filled the earth, we have over-filled it. This does not mean, however, that the commandment should be thought of as no longer in force-especially among Jews, who have lost a third of their members in our lifetime.
I recall an incident during a premarital interview from the early years of my rabbinate. The starry-eyed bride declared her noble intention to have twelve children to compensate for the tragic loss of six million killed in the Holocaust. I gasped, "Must you do it all by yourself?"
I have since come to regret my flippant reply. This couple regarded their forthcoming marriage as a sacrament not just between themselves, but with the Jewish people. The problem has worsened for American Jews. Because intermarriage is rife and the Jewish birth rate is low, American Jewry, once at zero population growth, has dipped into the minus column. Were it not for a steady stream of converts, the extinction of American Jewry would be even more imminent. For us the divine command, "Be fruitful and multiply" is truly in force.
To Jewish homosexuals I offer an unoriginal solution. As compensation for your loss of seed, adopt children. Although adoption was practiced in the ancient world (as attested in Babylonian law), there is no Biblical procedure or institution of adoption. As a result the institution of adoption is absent from rabbinic jurisprudence.
Yet there are isolated cases of a kind of pseudo-adoption in the Bible. For example, Abraham, long childless, complains to God that Eliezer of Damascus, his steward, will inherit him (Genesis 15:2). And barren Rachel beseeches her husband Jacob, "Here is my maid Bilhah-go into her that she may bear on my knees and that through her I too may have children" (Genesis 30:3). Adoption is certainly a possibility today.
Lesbian couples have an additional advantage. Not only do they not violate biblical law, but through artificial insemination each can become the natural mother of her children.
Thus from the Bible we can infer the following: Lesbians, presumably half of the world's homosexual population, are not mentioned. More than ninety-nine percent of the gays, namely non-Jews, are not addressed. This leaves the small number of male Jewish gays subject to this prohibition. If they are biologically or psychologically incapable of procreation, adoption provides a solution. I hope the Eternal, in love and compassion, will then reckon their spilled seed as producing fruit. Jacob Milgrom."
